Avaricious reader...that''s me.

I saw an interview you did on Foxtel, and being a Patricia Cornwell fan of long standing, I decided to read your first book. Well, that was only a week and a half ago, and I am already on book 4, Blood Born. I love the Anya Crichton novels and thoroughly enjoyed Kate''s standalone book as well, and am looking forward to Death Mask being released at the end of this month. When I find an author I enjoy I end up with all of their books - so please, don''t stop writing any time soon!!!

Skin and bone

It must be me but I thought this was AWFUL with irritating mistakes(P.342 - how did the gun lying in the floor get into Janine''s hand?) which could be editorial but still sloppy. And P.338 - compact mirror under the door! As for comparing her with Kathy Reichs ... hello?

Terrific writing

As a long time reader of Patricia Cornwell and Kathy Reich I viewed your first book with suspicious intent. But, I admit I was wrong it was great and the two that followed were just as enjoyable with the added bonus of living in Sydney and actually recognizing the places you mention. Apart from heaping some praise on you I do have another mission - let''s face it it will not be long before movie rights to your novels become a reality (if not so already!) So I would like to suggest opening a column on this site (as was done on Janet Evanovich''s site) for who should play the leading roles, preferably Australian actors...what do you think? keep writin'' and we''ll keep readin'' Alex

Kathryn, Great read and up there with Deaver etc. I am nearly finished it (train from Woy Woy to Central) and recognise a great talent. I will read all of your books over the next couple of weeks. Readers, outside this Genre but excellent readind are Conn Igguldson and Bernard Cornwell.
